Our certification is grounded in real data, measurable outcomes, and professional accountability. Every individual or agency certified through this system has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver results that exceed industry norms in growth, engagement, and campaign ROI.

This page outlines the core standards we use to evaluate and certify talent, along with the expectations for maintaining certification over time.

Core Standards of Certification

All Certified Growth Talent™ must meet strict performance benchmarks that reflect real influence and brand-readiness. These standards ensure that every certified creator has an engaged audience, not just a follower count.

🔹 For Active Growth Clients

Talent currently working with Living Motions Management is evaluated holistically. We are actively overseeing and adjusting their strategy, structure, and campaign execution. While short-term dips in data may occur, our team monitors performance weekly and pivots in real time. Their certification remains valid as long as they remain actively managed and show consistent progress through strategic optimization.

🔹 For Non-Client Certification Holders

Influencers, creators, and public figures not under direct Living Motions Management must meet the following performance standards to retain certification:

1. Engagement Per Post

  • Minimum 1.5% average engagement rate on feed posts (likes, comments, shares, saves)

  • 2.0% minimum engagement rate on branded posts using the #ad tag

2. Story Performance

  • Average story views must be at least 10% of total follower count (measured across a rolling 14-day period)

  • Active stories must be posted at least 4x per week, unless on a scheduled break or in a long-form campaign cycle

3. Community Response & Link Performance

  • 1% minimum link click rate on ManyChat broadcasts tied to sponsored posts or campaign prompts

  • Consistent DM engagement across calls to action and outreach content (tracked by internal review or campaign screenshots)

4. Platform Health & Professionalism

  • No engagement pods, purchased followers, fake likes, or comment inflation

  • Living Motions Management uses internal tools to detect follower spikes, bot behavior, paid likes, reach manipulation, or purchased views

  • Influencers must maintain clean data and show proof of authenticity if questioned by a brand, agency, or our internal review

6. Strategic Responsiveness & Adaptability

  • Being a Certified Growth Talent™ means more than strong numbers... it means knowing how to move those numbers with intention.

  • We may assign periodic challenges or improvement targets, such as:

  • Increasing US-based audience by 2%

  • Raising average story views by a specific number

  • Improving branded post engagement by a measurable amount

  • Certified influencers are expected to strategically implement content, campaigns, or engagement tactics that help them reach these goals within the designated timeframe. This ensures that each certified creator not only has influence but knows how to use it intentionally.

6. Link Tracking, A/B Testing & CTA Optimization

  • Certified creators must show measurable improvement over time from CTA optimization

  • They must be open to split-testing different calls to action, swipe-up placements, or headlines and adapt accordingly

7. Strategic Commenting & DM Engagement

  • Certified creators must respond to DMs and comments within a defined timeframe

  • Must include CTAs in content captions or stories a minimum number of times per week

  • Maintain a healthy engagement ratio between replies and outbound interaction

Maintaining Certification

Certification is not permanent. Talent is re-evaluated on a rolling basis, and we reserve the right to remove the badge if:

Performance does not meet our criteria during our 30 day coverage period

A talent or agency stops working with our systems or strategy team

Ethical, reputational, or brand compliance concerns arise

Failure to take strategic action when prompted

While all certified talent must meet our minimum standard, we do recognize and internally grade talent based on tiered excellence: (Note: Grades are internal and are reflected on our private roster, but all levels display the same public badge.)
