Living Motions Management, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Living Motions”) certifies creators under the Certified Growth Talent™ (CGT) framework based on performance benchmarks, strategic content structures, and backend conversion readiness. While this framework is designed to equip creators for brand success, please be advised of the following disclosures and limitations:

1. Influencer and Talent Manager Autonomy

We certify creators based on measurable standards; however, we do not control the day-to-day management, decision-making, or campaign execution methods of the influencers or their talent managers. We are not responsible for how managers enforce (or fail to enforce) proper campaign protocols or brand guidelines. Misalignment, mismanagement, or lack of oversight on the talent side may directly impact campaign performance.

2. Brand Participation and Execution

While we provide clear strategic recommendations, conversion-based briefs, and partnership guidance, we do not control the actions of your brand or marketing team. If you choose not to follow our suggested campaign structures, content formats, or offer positioning frameworks, results may be impacted. Your internal execution plays a significant role in overall performance.

3. Platform Reliability and Algorithm Variables

We cannot guarantee performance due to circumstances beyond our control on third-party platforms. These include, but are not limited to:

• Platform outages (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

• Content visibility changes due to algorithm shifts

• Delayed post approvals or account restrictions

• Creator accounts being flagged, shadowbanned, or penalized during a campaign

These platform-related issues may affect deliverability, impressions, or engagement and are outside the scope of Living Motions' responsibility.

4. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Interruptions

We are not liable for performance disruptions resulting from unforeseen events such as technical errors, public health crises, natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure circumstances.

5. Good Faith Efforts

All certifications and recommendations are made in good faith, based on verified performance data, proprietary frameworks, and historical outcomes. While we aim to provide the strongest possible infrastructure for success, we cannot guarantee specific results due to the variables outlined above.

By participating in any campaign or collaboration involving Certified Growth Talent™, you acknowledge and accept the limitations of control Living Motions Management has over external outcomes, while recognizing our commitment to strategic excellence and integrity in creator certification.
